Had a technician namesd Ron come out, the past two times it was another gentleman that was in a big rush and not very thorough. Then came Ron, me and my fiancé couldn't have been more impressed!!! He was so thorough and finally it feels worth the money, already caught three mice!! He was professional and courteous and so respectful. The first guy made us feel like we shouldn't be in the house even, but Ron had us walk around, explained things we should update and heard us out on where we had issues at. Orkin has been our provider for the last 3 years since Betts sold out and we have been happy with our Termite bait traps and pest control as well. I wouldve given them 5 stars but they didnt show up for their appointment due to a technical error. But in all fairness that issue was fixed. We are happy with our service and Andrew was great working out our issue.
