When I signed up for the service I was told they come every month for a year. When I called to find out when they were coming for the month of October they said they only come every other month. Was not told this when I signed up. I also requested 3 times to have the service man go underneath my mobile home to ck to see if there is a nest of mice. Not once did the man go underneath to ck.
