Technician Alex provided an excellent service. He was courteous, patient, answering all our questions. In addition, he was extremely knowledgable on the cause & effects of the issues we are dealing with, while also giving suggestions of how to correct and preventing the issues in future. He did a thorough inspection inside and outside our resident. He has also offered additional services options that can eliminate issues in future.
