Jean Francois and Jean Sebastian have made my experience with Orkin really amazing! My name is Chris and I have had a carpenter ant problem for the last 3 years. After having called and hired, two local companies, to solve my problem and one of which, insisted on being paid only in cash. I had to fight with him to get a receipt and the other came with an attitude both of which did not solve my issue. First representative assigned my case only left one voicemail and then didn't reply to my reply. After 1 week another rep was assigned and she called quickly and came within an hour. Very pleasant.
