I had an awesome experience with the Technician at Orkin. We have a mouse issue in our home so we called Orkin. They were very friendly and prompt! In fact they had a Tech come over the next day! The Tech found about 6 breaches where mice could easily enter our home. He plugged the breaches with steel wool and gave me alot of advice on how to permanently seal up the holes that he discovered in the building. Dan the inspector for Orkin was very friendly and polite. He is very knowledge and answered all my questions and explained what and why he was doing things. Dan took his time and did a thorough inspection.called back the same day to make a follow up appointment and explained what would take place with the second visit. I am very pleased with his service and knowledge.
Knowledgeable staff and courteous. Definitely fair and never try and push to sell something not needed. Very honest and will try and save you money by not doing anythingnot warranted. Great experience with technician named Eric from Sudbury. Would use again.

Called Perkins for one of the properties I managed. Tech came in to spray for roaches twice and then apparently baited them. He was supposed to come back in march however we received a storm so they didn’t come. There was no follow up to rebook or anything… roaches are still here. Because it’s not in the 90 days guarantee I would have to pay for them to come bait them again… highly disappointed and as a property manager I will no longer use them
