Extremely excellent service, Ian was amazing and very punctual. He didn’t mind our dogs and was very polite and friendly. The services itself is hopefully effective as all we can do is put traps out. Kind of high on the price range but hopefully it’s worth every penny. Recommend for sure!
Requested quote and service through their website since I was contacting them outside of their normal business hours. Received a quick response the following day (Friday) and an appointment was made for Monday morning (I was unavailable Friday afternoon and they do not work weekends). Orkin Pro, Chris M, arrived promptly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Had them by our house - honestly paid a lot of money for very little information - i saw the great reviews and contacted for a squirrel issue, and ended up having someone else come after and help with the issue.
We were very pleased with the service we got. Kristen is so wonderful, she totally reassured us she will help us get through this trying time, as we are trying to sell our home and the previous tenants brought cats into our home without permission and Infested our home with fleas Thank you again
Ian was great and i was very happy overall with everything. He was patient as i wasn't prepared at all but he knew what he was doing and was super solid all around and worked with me to get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I definitely would recommend and use their services again forsure!
