If I could give a 0 star, I would. Rob from Orkin came to spray for cockroaches. In 1 month, we found 5 or 6 dead cockroaches from the spraying. But we caught tons of live cockroaches on the sticky traps. We caught over 24 cockroaches in 5 days after a deep professional clean, the photos show 21-22 ones caught in the traps, with more stuck on traps in the cupboards. So we called in a new pest control company, and after 3 hours, we've already found 9 dead cockroaches from the spray, 17 dead cockroaches after 20 hours. Perhaps... read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience with Orkin Canada thanks to Paul, who handled a crawl space cleaning job at my house. Paul was extremely professional, respectful, and considerate to me and my family. He worked efficiently and kept everything very clean. I had a tricky wasp nest in the eaves of my house and Kenty came out to remove the wasps. He was very responsive and professional. When the nest needed additional treatment he came back no questions asked to finish the job. Great 30 day warranty gives me peace of mind as well.

I think I have to change this review. Because trying to contact them from last 3 weeks and no one called me back. BEWARE their annual contract is a trap and waste of money, they don’t care about you after they take your money upfront. They give time and no one show up this happened to me twice. When you call them they extend your contract for those 2 visits but don’t put any note and then at the end of original contract time they refuse to entertain and even give a courtesy call because they have your money. After difficulties with a rookie technician, the manager/supervisor Lorraine and her assistant Alex came to see our job and did a thorough search and spray that hopefully solves our solution. Truly professionals at what they do! Highly recommend them!
