Dealing with the office is very frustrating. I booked an appointment for a certain date and no one showed up for the appointment. I called the office and they said it was rescheduled. No one contacted me to reschedule! I have to work with the schedules of two sets of tenants and they were not happy at all. Communication really needs to improve with their call Centre. Great company, from administration to technician. I had a Racoon family in my house, living tent free! Orkin Pest Control setup a prompt appointment and communicated everything professionally. These guys are incredibly wonderful! Had an emergency bee infestation ate through my wall and the technician came out on their closed day and handled everything just perfectly, give me great advice for preventing this in the future, and left everything clean. I knew Orkin by reputation from the name, and they absolutely deserve it!

Satellite Carpenter Ant nest found in crawl space, during home inspection for sale. Orkin was able to get a technician to us immediately and the issue has been successfully resolved. Quick, courteous service. Highly recommend
