Orkin advertised that they know the science of pest control and treatment but what was provided for treatment at my house was cheap dollar store mouse traps. We can buy these ourselves for a few dollars and not have to pay Orkin $624. We were expecting a more professional service. We felt cheated 😞

I've been dealing with the whole gamut of pests this year and finally, after much exhaustion, decided to call Orkin. The technician who came out was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He assessed our place and provided a treatment in the same visit. Most importantly, he didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and everything he recommended made sense to me given our particular situation. I had a great experience with Orkin and would definitely use them again in the future!

The person doing the scheduling got my order mixed up but both Sam and Conlon were very professional and personable. I haven’t seen result yet so cannot rate that as he was just here today
