Jordyn from Orkin has been an incredibly knowledgeable and understanding staff to work with at our facility. She has helped us to problem solve and come up with some solutions to mitigate pest issues and concerns that we have had. We really appreciate her professionalism and positive demeanor. She has a very solution oriented approach and we have greatly valued her assistance, always putting her best foot forward.
Dealing with the office is very frustrating. I booked an appointment for a certain date and no one showed up for the appointment. I called the office and they said it was rescheduled. No one contacted me to reschedule! I have to work with the schedules of two sets of tenants and they were not happy at all. Communication really needs to improve with their call Centre. We realized we have mice in the house and called ORKIN. Danny was our technician. She was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to educate, note issues and fix whatever she could right on the spot. For the issues she couldn’t fix, we received a report noting what else needed to be done by us. I was pleased and grateful for with the thoroughness and determination she showed to help us remove these critters from our home.
