I was impressed with the Orkin company. They sent a representative to inspect a carpenter bee infestation in my greenhouse. I feel relieved that the main nest is gone and am not as nervous entering the greenhouse as I was preciously. Thank you for the quick service.
I contacted Orkin regarding and ant problem and they were going to have someone contact me, which never happened. They sent someone around and no one was home. They claimed they did an inspection and found ants. NO KIDDING! When I phoned to complain that I had not been contacted, they claimed they had tried to reach out, but no record of any call, no voice mail, no text and no email. They also had someones else's initials where mine were supposed to be on the work order. Terrible service.
Just started using this company 2 months ago. All the phone numbers and email addresses provided are not in use so you can't contact them. The one person who set up my account didn't respond to my emails until 3 weeks later. Then they charged my credit card without providing me an invoice - it took me a week of leaving voicemails and emailing every single day and to this day, I still haven't received an invoice from when my card was charged on May 30th. We hired Orkin's services due to our on-going issues with mice. Right from the get-go we realized we had made a mistake by hiring this company. After we had paid for their 3 month services, the company and the assigned technician kept delaying her visit for inspection. A few days later the technician (I believe her name was Thais) did show up, did an inspection, made some recommendations and said that she would get working on the treatment right away. Maybe I got lucky from Reading other reviews, I have been battling a flea infestation for 2 and 1/2 months. I already had a local company come out and they were a total joke. The representatives name was Ian and he showed up to my house and from the initial meeting I knew he was going to be great. He explained everything to me, he was thorough and he actually cared about my house and my dogs. I hope the product they sprayed worked but I cannot recommend this man enough hopefully you're lucky enough to get Ian
