Absolutely 100% amazing service. Kind, understanding, and absolutely amazing staff. Ramanpreet was excellent with communication and customer service, and Heidi and her four legged assistant River were phenomenal. I cannot recommend enough especially for your own peace of mind, call Orkin first! :)
Dealing with Orkin was a very frustrating experience. We had used them for years through our strata but noticed a decline in quality of service for the last couple of years. Last year we experienced an uptick of rat activity. We let the technician know when he was onsite, but nothing changed after 1-2 months. They told us they were gonna use poison in our traps and I come to find that they never used it. When brought up with receptionist they said a manager was going to call me. He called me asking about the situation and said he was gonna look into it and give me a call back in the next couple days. 2 weeks went by and I never got a phone call.
