Arrived on time. Discussed what needed to be done. Very professional while spraying for wasps. Checked in with us when he was finished and answered questions related to how long it would be before our little dog could be safe going outside. Recommended structure repairs that might keep wasps out in the future.

I am a local contractor here in Victoria, BC. I called Orkin Pest Control to investigate a termite infestation at a clients home. At the end of the initial call they informed.me that someone from their team would contact me within 48 hrs to schedule a.site investigation. 4 days past and I called back and spoke to another Orkin operator and explained that I was calling back because no one had attempted to get back to me.
