I have had a contract with Orkin for less than a month now. Kyleen, my representative, is friendly, accommodating, and very informative. She has been to my house many times since to check the stations, and removes "things" that I would rather not, given the choice! She has provided me with recommendations to prevent further outdoor infestation and/or any unwanted indoor guests. I am VERY impressed with Kyleen and this company as a whole.
