I called before Christmas to report a rat problem and was told someone would come by on the 24th. To this day, no one has shown up. However, I did receive a call today from the local representative, who seemed unaware of the work order. While it’s not a terrible situation, my experience suggests a lack of communication—one hand didn’t seem to know what the other was doing. All ok, I took care of the Rat myself:
