Gabe has been absolutely awesome to work with — professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and always responsive whenever we need anything. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about doing a thorough job. It gives us peace of mind knowing our restaurant is in good hands. Orkin couldn’t have sent me a better person than Matthew who put me at ease right away. After asking pertinent questions, began a more than thorough inspection inspecting every avenue a ‘critter’ could possible enter my residence. While finding nothing he advised what to watch for, suggesting possible ways to provide added protection, added filler to areas that could be a problem. A very professional representative. Not the greatest of experiences. I set up an appointment for my father’s home who is 84 years old. I paid for the 3 sessions to rid his home of some pests. The first 2 sessions were great. Then they ghost us for the third. I finally call them up and ask what happened to my 3rd service that I paid for. No explanations or apologies, just straight to booking the 3rd appointment. I have had a contract with Orkin for less than a month now. Kyleen, my representative, is friendly, accommodating, and very informative. She has been to my house many times since to check the stations, and removes "things" that I would rather not, given the choice!
