The Orkin representative, Eric, was a complete Professional. He did a thorough examination of the exterior of the house and identified a possible entry point for mice. He did a very detailed and complete investigation in our basement and placed bait stations in numerous locations according to likelihood of mice feeding there. We hired Orkin to spray for an infestation of house flies. The technician ( Alfonso) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he had to do and got the job done. We definitely would hire Orkin again.
