The service man who came was very helpful with information on what was needed and what he was going to do. Gave me his card and said he would contact me in a couple of weeks to see if he might need to come back. Very helpful

The first visit identified the deficiencies that allowed mice access to home and once resolved we haven’t had an indoor issue. Follow up visits show the outdoor bait stations are being utilized but no evidence of mice inside (Yay!!) Technician, Will, is very understanding, professional and polite. Very satisfied with the service and wish we would have called sooner rather than trying to deal with it in our own with traps and poison from the local hardware store, which didn’t seem to do much at all.

Great service by the Attendant believe her name was Julia. The office appeared to have missed telling me that the first appointment was only for inspection. When the attendent arrived was when I was informed, but she was great and did the spray since I was going away. I was also informed that the animals all had to be removed from the house for 24 hrs which had us scrambing. If it wasn't for the office missing telling me it would have all been great.

The Orkin technician explained to me exactly what he was planning to do to get rid of carpenter ants we found below the subfloor of our sunroom. He also explained that the ant control included check ins and potentially more spraying after 2 weeks, then monthly, to make sure carpenter ant nests are eliminated. I especially appreciated the one year warranty.
