William Smith was respectful, listened carefully to our problems with previous technicians and reassured us of better service. He toured the site with a staff member and did an excellent job of taking notes documenting our expectations.. He was not rushed and was detailed filling out the new contract. Takes personal traps and throws them out!!! With out the owners permission Edit was at one star added two I haven’t found or got my traps yet but customer service is amazing, if I get my stuff back will change my review to 5 starts!!! Yes, I was right to choose Orkin , take a while to eliminate this thing; with time and good technician ( was so great to see this gone of my house ). ; but 2 times at 30 feet between those wasp crap! Great ! Great! Great! Everything has been destroyed for one for sure ! Another i need to wait but still a great job! I recommand , yes can be a little price with it; another case ( I can t do it by myself. ( too big for the situation )! Yes do not hesitate and do it with them !
I had a bed bug issue in my house, first of all they didn’t resolve it and I had to call them again. Secondly, they charge much more than their competitors. Thirdly when I asked them to switch who they were sending information to from my roommate (a tenant) to me (the homeowner and the one paying the bill), they completely ignored my request and continued on. We had a problem with mice. The person that came here was friendly but didn't do any of their job. Just put mouse traps everywhere and called it a day. They found a hole behind our kitchen oven but we had to fix it ourself. A month or two later we still found mice in our kitchen. They also didn't do anything for the basement which also has mice everywhere.
