We have an older home and have been dealing with a mouse issue for some time. James came from Orkin to assess our situation. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He found some easy fixes that we could handle ourselves and respectfully made suggestions. It was a thorough and very pleasant experience overall. 100%would recommend the professionalism this company shows. James was an excellent representative for a company that still understands good customer service. Thankyou very much

We had a bed bug scare when coming home from a hotel. We didn’t notice the bites on my son’s shoulder till a couple days after being home since the bites can show up after 2 weeks of actually being bitten. I washed everything but still wanted to be sure. Sarah walked me through the best option which was getting Brittni and Flint to come do an inspection. They were able to come the next day. Customer service was outstanding—Sarah in the office was wonderful, responding to emails lightning-fast and answering every question thoroughly. That said, I'm not convinced we don't have pests, as my partner and I have personally seen them. Orkin brought in their detection dog, who reportedly found nothing, $250 + gst waisted, but this didn't reassure me as we've seen the pests and without visible proof, Orkin won't treat.
