I have to say a huge thanks to everyone at Orkin who helped us through our bedbug scare. We found one bug in our hotel room the morning we were checking out, and were horrified at the thought of accidentally bringing any back home in our bags. Their knowledge and understanding of the pests helped us create a comprehensive game plan to prevent possible invasion of the bugs, and their K9 inspection on very short notice was thorough and gave us peace of mind that we were all clear. Thank you!
Customer Service answered any questions I had quickly. Technician who visited my home was on time and informative. Very happy with service provided for my pest issue. I would definitely recommend Orkin to reduce your stress of unexpected guest/pest issues.
Orkin was VERY helpful with the dog inspection and overall 5 star service. Kristine was quick to find me an appointment and her customer service was beyond great. On the other hand the service manager Darrel was NOT helpful at all and did not reply to a message when I asked what precautions to take next. Without the negative feedback from Darrel, I would have given a 5 star rating
