Very disappointing customer service. I was given a 2-hour appointment window today, but no one showed up. I tried calling multiple times, couldn’t reach anyone, and had to leave messages on both the local and national numbers. I finally sent an email myself and only then got a response saying it was “too rainy” to come and asking me to reschedule. No proactive communication, no courtesy call, nothing. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about our situation. He put us at ease knowing our situation will be resolved with patience. I would highly recommend Orkin for your pest control. They are also half the price of a competitor.

Very knowledgeable and efficient and takes the time to explain and answer all of our questions and concerns. Was able to get a person (Brad) in within the week as I was calling about a mouse issue. He arrived within the time slot agreed upon, and was a pleasure to deal with. Turns out he also takes care of the pests at my wife's work as well. He inspected the locations where I said we had a issue, and he noted there was some activity in these locations.
