Customer service was outstanding—Sarah in the office was wonderful, responding to emails lightning-fast and answering every question thoroughly. That said, I'm not convinced we don't have pests, as my partner and I have personally seen them. Orkin brought in their detection dog, who reportedly found nothing, $250 + gst waisted, but this didn't reassure me as we've seen the pests and without visible proof, Orkin won't treat. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of Orkin. For nearly a month I have been leaving messages with their call center and voicemails at the local Winnipeg number to book a follow-up appointment for the mouse program that I have purchased. No one seems to return calls and the 24-7 hours is a joke. It is a call service where they take all of your information and tell you someone will call back... But they don't. I contacted the four pest control firms that were recommended by a University of Manitoba entomologist. I chose Orkin because the initial person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and confident, they use a biological agent, steam if required and have a bed bug detecting dog available. I met Brittany a month ago and today she inspected and gave my house a bill of approval. And I can call back if we happen to find any in the next few weeks.

She was patient with us. Cats kept sneaking back in the house, had to keep rounding them up. Normally they like going outside but it was raining. So patience is her virtue along with friendly & professional

Orkin was very good. They responded to my issue in a timely manner and Brittney was amazing. Everything was explained in detail and we knew what the procedure would entail.
