Very knowledgeable and efficient and takes the time to explain and answer all of our questions and concerns. Very professional and any one out there needing Orkin's services should ask for Randy by name. He's fantastic! Wish we could give him more than 5 stars!!!
I have to say out Orkin guy Randy was amazing. Guy deserves a raise. He was so friendly and helpful and besides having mice he made every visit enjoyable. Professional yet in a strange way felt like family over the visits. He worked hard and went above and beyond for our family. I will be recommending him by name to anyone in the future who has these kinds of issues! We luv ya Randy and thank you for everything.
Was able to get a person (Brad) in within the week as I was calling about a mouse issue. He arrived within the time slot agreed upon, and was a pleasure to deal with. Turns out he also takes care of the pests at my wife's work as well. He inspected the locations where I said we had a issue, and he noted there was some activity in these locations.
