Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. We had an appointment scheduled between 8–10 AM and took the day off specifically to be available. When no one showed up by 10, we called the company ourselves—only to be told that the technician had called in sick and they wouldn’t be coming at all. Why didn’t anyone call us to let us know? It’s completely unacceptable to leave customers waiting without any notice, especially when time off work is involved. We expected much better.

The technician that came to my place was very professional and very thorough in his inspection. Edit: had to lower my rating due to having been left in the dark 4 times. Tech got injured (understandable), Tech forgot my appointment , then they forgot the tech was on sick leave, then no callback from the replacement tech. Unreliable service.
