They have the worst customer service possible. The employed some incompetent people who doesn't know how to schedule a service. They kept me waiting the whole day and at the end of they day they told me that they made a mix up on their end. I called several times since morning but they didn't bother to check my service schedule. So be careful if you book their service. they seem like a time waster. They seemed very unreliable and not professional.

I have to give a shout-out to Jean Francois, the pest control expert who visited my home regarding a pesky ant problem. He was so helpful in explaining the process and how these ants behave. He was able to calm my fears and educated me in the entire process. I wish there were more people in the service industry like Jean-Francois!

Could not speak higher of them. We were contacted within 24hrs of leaving a request through their site, and someone came that very day to have a look at our concern. It’s rare today to have a company listen and respond to your needs and concerns, and to do so quickly, and they did exactly that.

The information we received which lead us to pay for an estimate, was contradictory to what the technician told us when he came to our home. Had I known that information, I would not have booked the estimate at a cost of $75 plus taxes. Very disappointing experience.
