Buyer beware - had their services. They were fine but we no longer needed them. Gave notice. Their website and contract don't mention anything about a timeframe to cancel. That was back in June. Then in October they were still billing. Told them again and got from Maegan this nice note - "We need 30 days notice to cancel that is fine I will have to send the remaining amount to collections". Tried to ask where it says 30 days - got "I have sent you file to Collections , Thank you for your time". Do not recommend. WOW

I'm very impressed with Orkin Canada's service! Our tech is super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional – he always takes the time to explain treatments and answer our questions. Highly recommend if you live in the city.

Arnold is very knowledgeable, pleasant and detailed. We had a mouse problem. He was able to point out the entry sites and the routes they were taking in the house. Since his visit, we have not seen any activity for which we are very grateful!

unfortunately I didnt have a good or bad experience. We did a full package deal with orkin and they came like 4 times. the mice are still here, they never sprayed for insects like I paid for. And I wonder if the bait just keeps feeding the mice and becomes a food source even if it does kill them. I took the contract for a year but wont renew it as I do not see the value.
