Great response and service - had issue Xmas eve and called in the morning and my issue addressed and technician there same day. They did all they could to address my concern. No issue referring this company

Arnold is very knowledgeable, pleasant and detailed. We had a mouse problem. He was able to point out the entry sites and the routes they were taking in the house. Since his visit, we have not seen any activity for which we are very grateful!

unfortunately I didnt have a good or bad experience. We did a full package deal with orkin and they came like 4 times. the mice are still here, they never sprayed for insects like I paid for. And I wonder if the bait just keeps feeding the mice and becomes a food source even if it does kill them. I took the contract for a year but wont renew it as I do not see the value.
