I'm very impressed with Orkin Canada's service! Our tech is super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional – he always takes the time to explain treatments and answer our questions. Highly recommend if you live in the city.
Arnold is very knowledgeable, pleasant and detailed. We had a mouse problem. He was able to point out the entry sites and the routes they were taking in the house. Since his visit, we have not seen any activity for which we are very grateful!
Again, the Orkin man showed up without an appointment. This the 3rd time, just pure luck we were home and could get the attic traps inspected. Wish we could get contacted prior to service in order to schedule the service.
Kalen Dandy, was incredibly helpful and very prompt to respond. I was very impressed with how fast the situation was under control. Thanks Orkin and Kalen ( my hero ).😊
