Well ~ one year after the original (effective) treatment, I saw a couple of big Carpenter ants around the foundation of our house. I called up Orkin and explained the issue, the same tech (Guy) was sent to investigate a couple of days later (rain delay.) Guy pleasantly explained that he would spray the foundation perimeter, deck, basement bulkhead and the concrete slab edges. I doubt any ants will be back.
Nothing short of amazing service! Breyden ensured we were completely satisfied before leaving. we are not happy. We set up an appointment for Friday, Mitch called and said the office double booked him. We agreed that he would drop by on Monday after lunch. Still a NO SHOW, and no phone call or email. Wasted the whole afternoon waiting!
