Kirk was great! I had a rodent problem and Kirk came out and set 5 traps. He followed up within two weeks and apparently there was quite a lot of activity. He filled the traps with bate again and hopefully that has completely resolved my problem. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and I was extremely happy with him and Orkin. I signed up for the yearly service because it puts my mind at ease to know that the problem is in good hands!
I love my tech! He’s friendly, explains everything, and is reassuring. He happily answers all my questions with a smile. I had signed up for the wrong plan by accident and he ensured I was getting the right service for my needs for the right price. Not to mention, he is fixing my problem- very happy!

1) Don’t back up their warranty. 2) Orkin guy says they’ll be there one day, doesn’t show up/gives reasons, proposes new date 3) Orkin guy doesn’t show up again. 4) finally shows up takes sample of critters and says he’ll email us results, never did and after following up as well. The most basic expectation of a business transaction is just doing what you say you’ll do and that bar isn’t met. this type of service can’t be rewarded.
