We had scheduled an inspection between 12:00 and 2:00 PM, due to concerns about possible rodent activity in our attic. Unfortunately, the technician arrived 28 minutes late (2:28pm) unprepared- he asked if he could borrow one of our ladders since he did not bring his own. So he had to leave for an additional 30 minutes to retrieve a ladder. Doug was thorough and took the time to explain what was needed to prevent rats from getting into my home. He accessed every part outside my house (including under the verandah - a daunting task), plugged all the holes, and set traps. I feel better that Orkin has my back when they come back to check. Quick response time. The person they sent out was great. Very friendly and got the job done in no time. This was the second time we used this service and it was excellent each time.
NOT a great experience, we had an immediate need. The initial person who came to inspect, after looking and said we needed 8 bait stations , but had none on his truck and said he would be back the next day. Several days went by and he did not show up or return calls, I keep calling and finally got the local office and asked for assistance and asked the local manager call me about my experience ( he never did ) another pest guy did come out he had only 4 bait stations and said thats all we need and put them out .
