Clayton was the Orkin agent sent my way. I am very pleased with the way he answered my questions and how easy he was to talk with. He explained which treatment he was using and what to expect. Nicole, the representative agent, made the entire process very clear as well and she promptly provided a time and date for treatment. Don’t hesitate to call them if you have a pest control issue!

Well I had a rat or so( unsure) at my cottage. I paid for a 3 month plan. They were to come and find where it was getting in set traps and come back in 2 weeks to reassess and reevaluate. They didn’t come back so I called at 3 weeks and they said it didn’t get put in the system so they would come back. They came back baited the traps again! Nothing was caught and I never saw them again. This wasn’t a cheap endeavour for no result! I wouldn’t use their services again.

perhaps if you were able to answer your phone, I'd be able to hire your services and give you a good rating. But unfortunately that doesn't seem to be viable for you in 2025.
