We had scheduled an inspection between 12:00 and 2:00 PM, due to concerns about possible rodent activity in our attic. Unfortunately, the technician arrived 28 minutes late (2:28pm) unprepared- he asked if he could borrow one of our ladders since he did not bring his own. So he had to leave for an additional 30 minutes to retrieve a ladder. Doug was thorough and took the time to explain what was needed to prevent rats from getting into my home. He accessed every part outside my house (including under the verandah - a daunting task), plugged all the holes, and set traps. I feel better that Orkin has my back when they come back to check. Thank you, Doug! As an addendum, Doug returned promptly when a few rat intrusions continued and took care of the problem.
