Very happy with this service. I had wasps all over our front entrance and another company I called was going to take two days to send someone out just for a quote. Orkin sent someone out within 24 hours of my call and took care of removing the nest. I was quoted a price over the phone imediately. The person sent out to help was very nice. Happy with this company and their fast help.
Luke was wonderful, came out to inspect my house after hearing some critters. He did a very thorough inspection on the inside and outside of the house and was very straightforward and clear with recommendations. I have no complaints whatsoever with the entire experience and will definitely contact them in the future with any issues!
We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by Orkin Canada Pest Control. The treatments were completely ineffective. Each time, insects (ants/cockroaches/other pests) returned within one to two weeks — often in even greater numbers. This clearly indicates that the root cause of the problem was never addressed. It feels like this company is not focused on actually eliminating infestations, but rather on keeping clients on a cycle of repeated visits and continuous payments. We were not at home when they came to apply the 2nd treatment. There was nothing left at the house indicating they had been here. It would have been nice to have a reminder a few days before they came. There has still been some pests in the house throughout the month after the 2nd treatment in October. Observed good results after their first treatment in May, 2025. The technician from the first visit was pleasant and accommodating.
Called Orkin as I had rodent issue that caused water damage. Luke was there ASAP, inspected my property and gave me a thorough explantation of where rodents were coming into home and next steps. Put down several traps in and out of home, and also told me places to repair on home to prevent future issues. Answered all my questions, and set an appointment for 1 week to revisit. I was more than happy with the professionalism and the pricing as I signed up for a one year program. Thank you
