Great work by Rick and his associates. Very professional with feed back each step of the way. Went above what the job entailed, got the loose grass trapped inside fireplace glass out. And proceeded to get discarded birds nest and waste from vent to propane fireplace and half bath fan vent . That latter one was over 15 feet high. As well they replaced 4 screens to secure. Great service by the guys, and I'm glad I called Orkin Paul

Jamie is the technician in Bareneed. He’s fantastic!! We are always pleased with his work. We live in an older home and I truly hate bugs. We have no worries after he has been here. He’s so thorough. We can’t thank him enough.

Terrible experience. $600 paid out to them and still have the same pest issue as when I started. Multiple times technician was supposed to come for follow ups and did not. When speaking to a person at the office, she basically said it was my fault because apparently it was my responsibility to repeatedly call them to tell them that I wanted the service that I paid for.
