I got a little worried that the technician wasn't going to show up a little after 3pm. I emailed the company and they assured me that they would be here. Shortly after I received a call from Miranda. She assured me that she would be here and that they were running late. When she arrived we went around the outside, addressed the bait boxes and holes created by rodents. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with my Orkin representative-Miranda… she is courteous,professional, thorough,efficient and friendly thought out the whole visit. She calls and gives me a heads up that she’ll be here in 10 or so and she always has time for my multiple questions and concerns. I highly recommend Orkin and especially Miranda!
