Great experience here! Andrew came out and dealt with a wasp situation we had on our property. He was incredibly professional and patient while explaining the situation clearly and detailing next steps and what to expect. I'm equally thankful for Linda and the office team who booked us the appointment and also provided a lot of information to help us while we waiting for Andrew's arrival. Definitely grateful to them all!
Steve at Orkin was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was able to resolve my issues right away. Highly recommend! I cannot say enough positive things about this company. He truly cares about his customers and I very much appreciate it!

Update: I was finally able to get my refund thanks to Bernie and Benu who were very helpful and resolved the issue immediately. please beware they will charge your card unauthorized amounts of money and take ages to even acknowledge you for a refund. plenty of other respectable companies that will not rob you that you can use
Had a no show, no reschedule date, been dealing with lack of communication and very limited days available. Technician was unable to "see" the pests and yet I was able to send multiple videos of pests that same day. Corporate office is quite rude on the phone today and was extremely insensitive to the frustration of dealing with all of this.
