It was straightforward, customer friendly experience, without sales pushing of any unnecessary service. Technician even said he does not consider our specific situation concerning, or requiring additional treatments. Orkin did a great job for us. The technician arrived on time, was professional and explained the treatment plan clearly. Sean was very knowlegable, friendly and took his time examining my table. He explained in detail what he was seeing and took pictures to have the entomoligist. As well he provided me with strategies that could be done once we determine what it is. I highly recommend Orkin

I had a great experience with Christian on May 6. He was professional, and took the time to actually explain the reason for delayed outside spray due to cold conditions with recommendation to come back the following week rather than just spraying and leaving. It’s rare to find technicians who are as thorough with their inspection as they are with the treatment.
