Ali called ahead to let us know his arrival time. He checked all the traps and openings that were covered. He saw some activity in an outside trap but the mouse nipped an bit of the bait and left. Another checkup in a month. So far so good!!

I had a great experience with Christian on May 6. He was professional, and took the time to actually explain the reason for delayed outside spray due to cold conditions with recommendation to come back the following week rather than just spraying and leaving. It’s rare to find technicians who are as thorough with their inspection as they are with the treatment.
We needed an inspection for a possible bedbug found on my father at daycare facility. The place we asked previously were going to charge us for 80k cleaning and pretreatment while finding no evidence or bugs inside the house after their inspection. Andrew has been providing Orkin’s inside outside insecticide services for our property over the past many years. He has always been professional, knowledgeable but this last service he went above and beyond.
