Steve was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly. He was able to get quickly determine that we did not have termites in our home and that the few insect we had seen were ‘citronella ants’. He was very thorough and looked around the house with a keen eye. A great experience overall with Steve and the Orkin team.

I’ve used this company to help my mother, she’s an elderly woman and concerned about controlling the pests in her home. I have always received courteous and informed responses from the office. The gentleman, Sam, who comes to do the work is professional and Communicates well. Thank you for the great experience in a difficult circumstances.

Steve and Sean were absolutely wonderful. Punctual, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly!! Steve answers my texts right away, answers all my questions and even calms me down when I am stressing...would not want to deal with anyone else. Thank you Steve and Sean😁

We had a visit from Orkin Canada Pest Control today. We are very satisfied with the service. The service manager was punctual and polite. Steve Moncton, the service manager showed up on time and treated our home with care and respect. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and recommended solutions to our concerns.
