The tech was very professional and patient, easily answering all my questions clearly and calmly. He was very thorough and knowledgable and didn't rush at all. He arrived within the established time window and definitely took his time. Despite the reason for the needed visit, it was otherwise a very agreeable experience.

The Orkin technician was very warm and friendly. He explained everything and answered my questions. He finished his work as planned and didn’t keep us waiting. So far it’s been a very good experience.

Orkin sent a technician to check on some bugs that had appeared. The technician said they were wood-boring beetles, and then left after 8 minutes. The diagnostic charge was $75. Afterwards, I took some of the bugs to another expert and they were diagnosed as drugstore beetles and not wood beetles. The drugstore beetles are not nearly as big a problem as the wood beetles. I think the Orkin guy was just trying to sell a fumigation job of any sort, therefore it didn't matter to diagnose the type of insect.
