Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend Orkin , our home got sprayed for mapple bugs and we are pleased , they came out 2 extra time's fur filling their 3 month guarantee. . The technician who served us was Gaurang , he was friendly and helpful . I'm so happy with our home , they are #1 professionals in this area . We live on an acreage ( Corman Park ) , they will go wherever you are . 😊😊😊

It was a little difficult to contact them; I tried calling twice with no answer and my message was not returned. Once I sent a booking request online I was contacted promptly. Justin was the one who came out, he was very friendly and had good communication! He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing.

Still not sure about this one...we contacted Orkin about a cockroach issue in our rental house, which our daughter is renting. The said she should contact them, as she'd be the one to meet them when they came by, but they'd create an account in my name when she did that, as I'd be paying. She contacted them, and was told it would be a wait, and they'd get in touch, probably a month or two (Summer, busy time).
