It was a little difficult to contact them; I tried calling twice with no answer and my message was not returned. Once I sent a booking request online I was contacted promptly. Justin was the one who came out, he was very friendly and had good communication! He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing.

Still not sure about this one...we contacted Orkin about a cockroach issue in our rental house, which our daughter is renting. The said she should contact them, as she'd be the one to meet them when they came by, but they'd create an account in my name when she did that, as I'd be paying. She contacted them, and was told it would be a wait, and they'd get in touch, probably a month or two (Summer, busy time). Shirley was wonderful and got me booked in fairly quick for an Appointment. Mike is knowledgeable, answered all the questions I had and set out the bait/ traps on his visit. Aswell, Orkin is very affordable. Overall fantastic experience. I will definitely be working with them again.
Called beginning of Aug- was told one price & was told we would have an appointment right away. Called back to confirm and was told a different price ( by same woman) and no- they wouldn't come for 2 weeks. Someone called to confirm appointment, but never showed and never called. Long story short- when I called to find out what had happened, she couldn't even find me in her system. Long story short- call someone else
