Went in with no appointment to get my GTI fixed from an issue I was chasing my tail on. The techs were able to determine the actual cause of the issue and get it fixed quickly. Mark Aguiar the service adviser was able to politely and professionally explain the issue to me despite me being stubborn and grumpy. He knows his VW cars well and also gave me some great tips and insights for my car. They also recommended other services but were not pushy or trying to upsell something I didn't need. Brought my EOS into this location twice. Both times for the same reason but on this last time just a month ago. They told me I needed things that were diff from the 1st time. Cost me 3000.00 for these repairs & still having the exact same issues. Don't trust this location at all
I bought my car here in 2019 and absolutely loved the service I received. My service manager moved and I had a new one who apparently thought because I was a woman I shouldn’t question anything. I went in for an update on my car and was told my oil change had been done incorrectly and the people who did it put too much and I needed a new oil change to correct what they did and my battery was low. My wife and I had very negative emotions about the technical service, we gave the car to have the program for the keys installed... they took the car for a day but did nothing, but they took the money for the fact that they supposedly did something. The mechanic is simply extorting money for work not done!!! But no one informed us in advance that the money had to be paid in any case. Very bad behavior from the dealership. I do not recommend going there
My experience with Orlando VW North was nothing short of a nightmare.
