James & the service team did a great job for my 20k mile service! Even though it was a busy weekend they got my car taken care of quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. Could not be happier with their work! Will definitely be coming back for any future service needs.

I had the same service advisor Mark for 8 years. He is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help. He is a great asset to Volkswagen USA . I can tell he actually loves what he does . The lobby at the location on Lee road is always well lit smells fresh and clean and the lounge area is so comfortable. This area makes the wait bearable if there is one .. This is my 2nd VW and I’ll never shop anywhere else.. Service is always top tier

We took our car to VW North with an audio issue. The service advisor took the time to listen, duplicate the issue and educate us on a resolution as well as set an expectation with timing and took into account the fact that we don’t live close to the dealership. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and service.

I had a great experience bringing my VW in for standard maintenance and an oil change. Arthur was excellent through the whole process and my car was finished in great time. I would absolutely recommend Arthur to anyone bringing their car into this dealership.

Routine oil change, tire rotation and inspection of car. As always, Service Advisors were of great help, especially in setting up coverage of maintenance via my maintenance insurance plan. The car was handed back to me clean, which is always appreciated.
