Took my Beetle to this dealer because it was the closest dealer shop to my household and the vehicle had a noise coming from it. I had issues with other local mechanics and Volkswagen cars so i thought a dealer shop would be a better choice. When I took the car here, i was serviced by Christian which initially did not show issues. They charged me $1200 for a repair and confirmed that the issue was resolved. All was excellent! Deven, my service advisor did a great job helping me solve my car problem. I will always go back to this place.
But personal experience and when I checked on the web and on Twitter I saw more negatives. There's a guy that bought a new Atlas a month ago and they still didn't take care of him. Bad service.
Jacob was the best when it comes to stress free made it fast and easy would recommend this salesperson for all sales needs..
