Had my 10000 miles oil change and had my tires rotated. I also asked about tinting my windows, and to my surprise they were able to do it right away! Wow! It looks great! Great service and didn’t have to wait very long considering all that was done.
I had a very disappointing experience with the way they treated a customer and the poor knowledge on cars. I have a 2025 Taos 13 k miles, with squeaking noise I have to come back tree times because the noise issue David service advisor barely acknowledged, I felt I was treated differently, was ignored, spoken dismissively and not given the same level of attention to others.
Repairs were needed, but I felt like Volkswagen overcharged for everything. The very next day I found a mechanic that could’ve done everything for a third of the price and I spent $1100 that day, also Customer Service is excellent very respectful. I just think that when you’re dealing with the client that is leasing your vehicle you need to help them with the repairs to keep it maintained properly. I was not expecting to have that kind of bill for the maintenance required.
It's convenient to schedule online. Justin was welcoming and knowledgeable. He informed us of the suggested maintenance and notified us about current recalls on the vehicle. The service center waiting area is clean and comfortable. The text notifications about the cars status is very useful. We've been with the dealership since we purchased our Atlas in 2022 and it's always been a great customer experience.
I absolutely love going to this service department at VW South dealership - which isn’t something most people can say. Everyone is very kind, professional, informative and prompt. I have experienced the very opposite from other VW dealerships in the Orlando area. Mike that has handled my EV vehicle twice now has been nothing but ideal. I have limited mobility, and they have treated me like family. Thank you - highly recommended.
