It's convenient to schedule online. Justin was welcoming and knowledgeable. He informed us of the suggested maintenance and notified us about current recalls on the vehicle. The service center waiting area is clean and comfortable. The text notifications about the cars status is very useful. We've been with the dealership since we purchased our Atlas in 2022 and it's always been a great customer experience.
Repairs were needed, but I felt like Volkswagen overcharged for everything. The very next day I found a mechanic that could’ve done everything for a third of the price and I spent $1100 that day, also Customer Service is excellent very respectful. I just think that when you’re dealing with the client that is leasing your vehicle you need to help them with the repairs to keep it maintained properly. I was not expecting to have that kind of bill for the maintenance required.
Had a really good experience! My service advisor Hector kept me updated the whole time and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Nothing felt pushed or confusing. I’d definitely come back.
Service being done was covered under warranty. As always, Justin is absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, efficient, and he kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle. Thanks again, Justin.
