This is an after the fact review. This is an after the fact review. In fact the last vehicle I night was a year ago. Anyway, I have bought at least 6 vehicles at this dealer. Fantastic place to buy and great detail from start to finish. The only problem is that we moved away and just bought a vehicle in the Tampa area. Not the same experience! I really miss VW Orlando. Probably will be back to buy as an out of towner we next time.

Sadly they didn't have an avocado green at the current moment but are keeping me in the loop for when they have one! excellent service and amazing experience!

Excellent Service and Communication! I was greeted as soon as I entered the area asking if I had been assisted yet and the individual who initially spoke to me happened to also be my service advisor. He immediately did an inspection of the vehicle and then came back and advised of the recommended services for this interval and the costs associated. The got my car done in 24 hrs I was on vacation in Orlando and my Transmission Having problems so I took it to the Volkswagen dealer service manager Roger and they were amazing I had my car back the very next day and it works perfect I highly recommend them
