Zero stars if I could… this isn’t even the first time they missed a shipment for my medication. This is just the most egregious. I scheduled a week ahead of time and then it never showed up, called the following Monday they said it never even shipped, they’d have it to me the next day… still not received. Now I have to reschedule my infusion with my nurse because I don’t have my meds. It’s been very frustrating having to deal with Orsini for my rare disease medicine. They always notify me last minute on unexpected issues that have delayed the shipment of my medicine, which has caused me mental stress and put my health at risk. They always push the responsibility to the patient. I have called my insurance company, my doctor, the nurse, assisting program on my own for numerous time since enrolled with Orsini to solve these last minute unexpected issues. This pharmacy is so horrible I’m having to write this on Christmas Eve. I have injections every four weeks. Or I wish I could. Between health insurance UHC and Orsini, I am confident I will never have an easy time getting the only medicine for my disease which has been approved and set up time and time again. The employee(s) I’ve interacted with have nothing but contempt for me. I am disabled, I cannot easily crawl down multiple sets of stairs with a cane to pick up and sign for a medication. I would give zero stars if I could. I have NEVER dealt with such an inept and uncaring pharmacy in my life! People are forced to rely on these guys for literal LIFE SAVING medication, but the pharmacy continues not returning phone calls, sending the meds TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, failing to accomplish ANYTHING in timely manner, and screwing up people's dosing and, consequently, overall health.
