Really terrible continuity. After navigating a labyrinth of phone prompts, the "care team" for the drug I ordered was completely clueless. Asked for the patient's info twice then couldn't tell me if they received the Rx had already sent twice. The they ask, "Has the patient been enrolled in 'the system'?" Their system..."Well they have to be enrolled in 'the system'" Who is going to do that?, I ask. "The enrollment team" Send you future orders to Genoa Pharmacy
Shipping doesn’t notify you so you are tied to your house because of a stupid signature release requirement. Because of an issue I was tied to my house for 2 days. Representatives give you different stories about remaining refills, shipping status and general information. Training issues???
TWICE now, Orsini has screwed up my family member's prescriptions for an in-patient infusion treatment. The doctor herself orders the amount each time, and twice now, they have sent the wrong amount. The family member showed up for his appointment twice and was unable to get what was scheduled. Who is working here and why are they so egregiously inept? Huge waste of time, energy, money and extra pain because of Orsini's inability to read basic instructions.
ZERO STARS!!! My information was farmed on this latest data breech... IVE SPENT countless hours with numerous reps who couldn't tell me ANYTHING and keep saying someone else would call me back. They told me to contact my provider but couldn't tell me which one!!! They wouldn't give me ANY information or even a place to start calling!! I am extremely grateful for the excellent customer service & care I received with Orsini Specialty Pharmacy. I have a potentially life threatening disease & ordering/receiving my special medication through a different pharmacy was mostly a nightmare. Working with the representatives was quick & easy.
