Dr. Ma is very knowledgeable about jaw problems. She is a very caring person and was very patient with my complicated problems that took a long time to fix. Her staff is lovely and well trained. Whenever I had a problem, she saw me right away and I didn't have to wait long for appointments. While I am an older adult, I often saw her interact with the middle school age group and their parents and she always took time to listen and to explain things well.
Both my kids were treated by Dr. Ma. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and super gentle. She took her time and explain what she was going to do and the best way to take care of the teeth. Her smile and encouragement had a positive impact on the kids. My older one was treated by another orthodontist first and there was some complication. Our friend referred Dr. Ma to us and she was able to fix the problem with a very reasonable cost. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ma and highly recommend her.
Completely fixed my migraines by realigning my jaw. Excellent orthodontics work and would highly recommend to anyone.
She's a saleswoman rather than a doctor. The most time I've spent with her was before I signed the contract. Since my treatment started, I only saw her for about 5 mins during each visit. She always seems to be occupied and didn't have time to listen to and answer my questions. She didn't remember my progress and asked me the same questions repeatedly each visit. Her staffs are more helpful and patient than she is.
Total scam. Wouldn't give an estimate until we paid the $675 fee. Then hit us with an outrageous estimate. Pressured my wife, who came home crying. Disgusting tactics. The front desk was the only highlight, they were helpful. Lost my $675 now using another ortho. So disappointed. Stay away!
