The neurologist referred my daughter to this place for physical therapy, but the therapist, Robert (Bob), refused to provide it because my daughter is in a wheelchair. He discriminated against her twice and said he wouldn't give her physical therapy because he couldn't do anything for her due to her wheelchair. I do not recommend this place. Later, she went to occupational therapy, and they refused her that too. The therapist simply told me to buy her silverware from Amazon.
They do not care! I had to beg my doctor for a MRI, just to be told no. And when he seen my X-ray he said it was terrible but when I asked to redo it he ignored me. Then was told he doesn’t care about the pain, he cares about the functionality of my hand. I’m surprised on how some doctors are now a days. How can you not listen to you patient. Was my first and my last time in that place. If I can put 0 stars, I will do it. All the staff was very rude, they don't listen to the patient. They are not friendly at all. They are NOT doing their job.
Rude staff. Rude Doctor. The were a bad experience in everyway. Hard to work with or get answers or help.
The dr sniffed my foot then told me to wash my feet bc they stink
