I made an appointment online. I was taken promptly back to X-ray. Only had to wait a little bit for the PA to come in and evaluate me. He asked a lot of questions and was very thorough. He made me feel comfortable because he was down to earth. I’m happy with the course of action he prescribed.
So to start this out, I’ve had pain in my arm for three weeks. I’ve been sucking it up hoping it would get better. I went to the regular urgent care. They told me to go to the orthopedic urgent care so I did when I got there I was told there is one person ahead of me. It won’t be long. I waited about two hours before I was seen as the lady was walking me to the room. I asked her why did it take so long if there was only one person ahead of me and I was very respectful and nice. Dr. Liu is a great doctor! He is professional, compassionate and he listens to you. He explained what is going on with my back to me in terms that I could understand and advised on treatment options. I will definitely be returning to see him in the near future!
This was my first visit with Dr Mariano. She is caring and took time to listen to what my issue was. She made a do and gave me suggestions on what I need to do to correct my issue. Very fast and efficient and was down to earth. A good experience
Tony was very professional and friendly. He explained everything very clearly. He would have received 4 stars instead of 5 only because I had to wait 25 minutes for him after I was taken back to the room. I’ll definitely ask for him again.
