First visit with Dr Mariano and was a good experience. I took my 97 year old mom to her for foot care. Dr Mariano was very professional and sweet to my mom and gentle with her foot care, which I appreciated. I would recommend her if you need a foot doctor.
As Jessica explain the surgery process, she was open to questions and clarified everything. When I sheepishly told her that I had forgotten my hearing aids, she apologize and projected her voice for me to hear. Medication questions answered. What else could I ask?
I cannot say enough good things about Tony! He let me know he was running behind from another urgent care matter he was attending to and when he did see me, the care/compassion and time he took with me was above and beyond I have experienced in a long time! Two BIG thumbs up for him! And the other staff members that assisted me were exceptional as well!
PA Anthony Hackett was amazing. He was kind, nonjudgmental and reassuring. I went in for an urgent care OT visit on a Friday morning and was out in about an hour and a half. Highly recommend!
Tony was very professional and friendly. He explained everything very clearly. He would have received 4 stars instead of 5 only because I had to wait 25 minutes for him after I was taken back to the room. I’ll definitely ask for him again.
