I was seen in the walk in urgent care office on June 9 by Anthony. He was able to help get me the assistance I needed with a toe issue that I’ve been dealing with for over a year. What a great experience. Thank you!!
Tony was very professional and friendly. He explained everything very clearly. He would have received 4 stars instead of 5 only because I had to wait 25 minutes for him after I was taken back to the room. I’ll definitely ask for him again.
I had Dr. Carson for my total knee replacement. I hadn't seen him very much only preoperative appointment & just before my surgery the morning of. I would of hoped to see him more but I didn't. As for the PA-C Jessica Strubel she hadn't even looked at my portal to see I was susceptible to UTI's. She never addressed my hives which I had gotten nor not much said about the edema I still have a month later. I now have a severe UTI which had she done her job I wouldn't have this problem. I was seen shortly after arrival. The technician who took my x-rays was efficient, friendly and pleasant. Physician Assistant Eric Zimmerman was also friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose my condition and recommend next steps. He provided a soft bandage brace to prevent any additional pain. In short, a very positive and effective office visit. Would highly recommend anyone to Eric.
I cannot say enough good things about Tony! He let me know he was running behind from another urgent care matter he was attending to and when he did see me, the care/compassion and time he took with me was above and beyond I have experienced in a long time! Two BIG thumbs up for him! And the other staff members that assisted me were exceptional as well!
