Work was completed in a very efficient, neat manner. The customer service Todd gave was very good, floor everything I hoped for.
Highly recommend! I have a list a mile long on why Oser is a great place to get carpet and flooring from! First off they were amazing and got us booked for carpet installation asap with a very short notice. They're super family friendly. We have a 4 year old, 3 year old and 18 month old and while we were in their store picking out carpet they brought out crayons and didn't care that our kids were a little "crazy". My wife and I came in to check a few selections for new carpet for one of our daughters room. After a few offerings we had selected our choice. With a busy schedule over the coming weeks, they were able to come measure, and within a week of so period was able to fit our single room install in. In and out within an hour or so. We did prep the room by removing the old carpet to fix a few squeaky boards but the service was spot on and just what we were after.
