My gyno sent a referral to this office with Dr Rowland for evaluation of a presumed benign fibroid and enlarged uterus for complex hysterectomy. I confirmed with them that the doctor does in fact see non-cancer patients, depending on the situation. After a few weeks I hadn’t been called, so I contacted them myself and was told they’re reviewing my files to determine if I meet the criteria. Waited a few MORE weeks, and STILL not one call. Doing some research for a new doctor for my wife. We like the osf medical group in town so we look forward to keep dealing with them for our needs
Was here for a consultation with my sister via referral from her primary. I was not impressed. We felt as if they rushed us through the process and the PA seemed rather rude and seemed to cut my sister off when she was trying to answer the questions. Said she wasn’t feeling good and had a mask on so maybe this is not normal bedside manor?
