Courteous, polite and attentive staff in a new, spacious, beautiful building. Plenty of parking and across from OSH Hospital and not far off Veterans Parkway. Handicapped accessible, with elevators and restrooms. Waiting areas are comfortable and artful with glass murals and televisions and areas to charge your cellphone.
Scheduled an appointment in October of 2019. Received a letter in the mail stating it would need to be rescheduled due to my doctor leaving the country. After having much difficulty getting a hold of the front desk I scheduled another appointment for January of 2020. Same thing. Received a letter in the mail stating I would need to reschedule. I kid you not... scheduled a third appointment and they rescheduled again. Horrible customer service and scheduling. 0/10 do not recommend.
Whatever you do -- do not go to Jennifer Dochee. Absolutely rude and will not actually listen to you.
2nd time I showed up on time for an appointment with Dr. Mehrota and he was not there
