My OSF P.C.P. told me to see Nancy Dagefoerde to evaluate and help me get my cholesterol levels down. But due to the fact I have a few other issues going on with my current health; she *refused* to see me again and she told me; with a snippy -sarcastic attitude - "Why dont you go to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota!" I have been in and out of afib, it was determined I needed an ablation. I started this process in JUNE, 2 weeks before my procedure( Oct 27th) they changed what activities I can do after the procedure. If they would have told me that up front I would have never scheduled for that day. I had to canceled everything with them and moving my care to University of Madison cardiology, base on recommendation from a friend who use to go to Rockford cardiology. Dr.Aquino not only made my first visit the most comfortable I’ve been in an office but also explained everything and reassured me he was the best. He gave me a realistic outlook outlining my concerns and conditions and answered any without an issue or problem. I look forward to continuing my care through him and OSF for years to come !
I’ve received bills in the mail and paid them however there’s been MANY bills i never received! And now they get sent to collections! Luckily collections SENDS the bill so I can take care of it BEFORE my credit is ruined! I’ve been going to this hospital since the day I was born and have never been so disappointed in the way they handle things than now. I’ve had the same doctor for all 27 years of my life and my son has as well since the day he was born but at this point I believe I will be switching due to how the hospital... read more
