First off, I really liked Dr Zaverdas. He was knowledgeable and kind. My review in no way reflects him or his care. The review is because of the terrible service and attitudes of one of the people I spoke to at the front desk today. I spent 4 hours being bounced around from estimates, billing, some other department, and then finally her. This was after an hour the day before speaking to multiple different departments and my insurance. I kindly explained what happened and what my insurance said.
