Don't call this number for the osf dental in this building the receptionist was very rude when I asked for them. She said I had to call them. When I said I googled it this number gave me she was rude about giving me the number.
Very rude and condescending nurse in the pediatrics department I spoke to the other day. You can talk to people without belittling them. She told me I could’ve gotten my daughter in the day before but the thing is I would’ve had to call around the same time. I’m not at her school all day to know what’s going on. This person was so bothered that she wanted to send my daughter to after care instead of get her in right away to get seen. We went to prompt care where she got the care she needed.
I went for my appt. today at 12:30pm 2/27/2023 to be informed by the receptionist that my appt. was March 27, 2023. Wrong. They changed it thinking I am 77 and would think my error. But I spoke to my doctor and that was in January. He said, I will put you on the phone to my nurse I need to see you as soon as possible. She then gave me to appointment desk and I wrote the appt. on my calendar as I was on the phone. I tried explaining to receptionist and she acted as it could be my fault. Easy, accessible parking with onsite security. Recently renovated building is clean, has up to date furnishings and equipment. Bright colors and intuitive layout. Multiple offices in this building including an onsite pharmacy and lab. Staff are attentive and care is efficient.
COVID SHOTS BEWARE .... this location will give you your first shot and AFTER they give you the shot THEN they setup your second shot ....if you cannot return to the same spot on a different day of the week when needing to setup second shot, you are directed to go to Walgreens or some other site to get it....my wife is only off on fridays and Sunday’s she set this up and they wanted her to return on a Tuesday 18 days later or go somewhere else to get it on your own..... I am quickly loosing faith in OSF.
