My son was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks with urology being one of the primary specialist on his team. At discharge from hospital I was instructed to call urology as soon as possible to get him in. When I called first thing I was told the doctors never made any notes on when to schedule him and they would need to get back to me. Today I recieved a message that there will be no doctor's available to speak to about my son's plan of care for 2 weeks!!
I have been to this place a few times and the staff were very nice, but today my child was seen by Dr. Paul Noh and man this Dr.. is terrible at listening and he just doesn’t seem to care about his patients.. I took my kid there because I’m concerned about his health but this doctor just took a Quick Look at my kid and said that he didn’t see anything wrong and didn’t listen to my concerns about my child. Dr Ali is great with kids. Wait time in waiting toom and exam room is very minimal.
Update: They are trying to get my son in to see a different doctor August 23rd. My insurance appeal may or may not allow that, but they are doing their part and trying to get my son in before the appeal is expired. Also, this is the only time a surgeon has called in sick in 20 years, so it is new territory for them as well. They are the only pediatric urologists within 100 miles for me. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this Dr for any pediatric patient! His bedside manner is cold, condescending towards us as parents, and rude! We were told to follow up with a pediatric urologist after a hospital stay with our son. Our primary referred us to Dr. Noh and then when we arrived today he questioned why we were even referred. He did not ask us about our son’s hospital stay, what our concerns were, or why we were referred. He also Did not answer any of our questions.
