EDIT: If you see a comment from OSF on this review, they only posted it after I spent most of a week figuring out the issue myself. I eventually managed to resolve the issue without receiving any contact from OSF, by calling a different one of the several payment lines they evidently have. I still have no information on why the one was automatically disconnecting when I tried to get in touch with them. Lost insurance coverage, wanted to charge me %40 the cost of a new machine every month. That is completely crazy and then want me to sign against medical advice. If they really wanted to help, they would've kept the same contract, just had me cover what insurance was paying. I would've done that. Edit: Your generic no solution offered response highlights what's wrong with our health system. Insurance is not the only problem.
I had made an appointment for 10:30, knowing they only needed 20 to 30 minutes to solve the problem. Several hours later a Jeremy called and made me change it to 10 or 11. I was very firm with him that I wanted the 10:30 but he would not listen. 10:30 worked because of my schedule. Had to cancel my 9 o'clock appointment and now I sit here in my cold car for an hour waiting for my doctor appointment. I thought they where a service not a dictatorship. Seriously considering changing home health services!
The current rating of 2.3 stars seems a bit high. Wish I'd have looked at this before trying to continue working with them.
Still waiting for home delivery on a bed, it has been 3 weeks. We have called multiple times and get told they will call back. With no return call. Sad that this is how they treat thier customers. Run from this service.
