I foolishly made OSF my primary care provider when I moved to the area. I have since switched. Their billing is terrible -- you've hardly gotten the bill before it goes to collections. But the thing that really infuriates me is a bill I got recently -- over $6,000 for an MRI. The issue is not the cost; we all know MRIs are expensive. No, it's the fact that I NEVER HAD AN MRI.
We've gone here for years and are very happy with our visits and treatments. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Doctor Carlson is super nice and compassionate.
