My daughter was referred over to Dr. GUPO. She was an amazing dr. The problem with this office is they can't set up a schedule for surgery more then 2 weeks prior. I have been to this office before with another child. We had surgery set 6months in advance. Why we can't even get a date for surgery. The lady scheduling surgery is so rude and treated both my daughter and I extremely rude. She doesn't understand that people work full time and my daughter goes to school. I just had a biopsy done with Dr Petruzzelli and he was great along with the entire staff! They got me scheduled in without delay following my PET scan and provided a great ASL interpreter-Shana from OSF. Margaret and all the ladies were wonderful about making sure I was taken care of and comfortable. Dr Petruzzelli explained the procedure to me, made sure I wasn't in pain, and got it promptly & efficiently done! All had a great bedside manner, professionalism, and empathy! I would definitely recommend this group! ☺️🤘⚕️👏

I had one of the worse experiences . I had a very complicated surgery with Dr Guy Petrozielli , I was released from the hospital 2 days after surgery without any pain medication, I called him many times complaining out of pain but he has no mercy to prescribe some pain killers, I had to go to the emergency room twice . 5 weeks have passed and I am still on liquid diet and every time I eat I get a 10 out of 10 pain, called him to schedule an appointment and tell him about my pain, and I got a call back stating they cant do an... read more

My son's pediatrician sent a referral to this place to have his hearing tested, but I was never contacted by the ENT office to set up an appointment. I had called them to verify they received the referral and they had, but they said it would take 2 business days to process and they would contact me. It has now been 8 business days with no calls. This is not the first time OSF has been a failure and it doesn't paint a good picture. I'll be taking my family for care elsewhere.

My daughter had ear tubes to prevent her ear infections. They were very kind, informative, and had a shorter wait than others so we were able to get her some relief as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend!
