Had a great Dr but office is impossible to get into! Was suppose to see them 2 weeks post op and Dr isn’t even in the office for 8 weeks. So if you get an infection you’re out of luck because they are not even available.
Dealing with the office staff was a nightmare. Very rude. I was going off the website and asked for 2 dr listed on the site. Was rudely informed: 1 didn't see patients in the office and 1 had left. I was just going off the website. Then she didn't answer the question I asked. Impression: I was a bother.
By far the WORST expirence with a "specialist" I've had ever! She (Dr. Abeer Almajali) didn't give me time sensitive proper testing containers which can result in false negative. Never apologized for her HUGE mistake! Her nurse informed me for 20 years they have always used the same containers making me feel dumb for questioning them.. But the OSF lab technician is the one who informed me that I needed to call them and let them know they gave me the wrong containers.
