Do not go to this facility if you are pregnant. They will not see you or care about your pregnancy until 12 weeks. I have pcos so I was very concerned about the health of the pregnancy but no one would see me until 12 weeks. I immediately went to a different facility and found out instantly that I was at risk of having a miscarriage due to low hormone levels and they were able to correct it early with supplements. If I had stayed at this facility I likely would’ve had a miscarriage. Carle in Bloomington is much better!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Mixed up my information with other patients more than once, and when I requested my records so I could transfer a doctor I was more comfortable with, they “lost” the request after reassuring me for 30 days that my records were being sent. I have gone multiple weeks without prenatal care and will have to wait even longer due to their office’s lack of anwareness. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Do NOT trust them with your pregnancy if you care about the quality of care you receive.

Tuesday, April 11th, I had an appointment to give a urine sample for UTI symptoms I was having. I gave the sample for urinalysis and spoke with my gynecologist. The appointment seemed to go fine and I waited through yesterday, Monday the 17th, for results. Finally I messaged through MyChart to get an update because I've still been in lot of pain and had to miss work. The receptionist at the Ottawa office, Kathy, is not someone to trust. She laughed at a lady who had called in while I was in the waiting room, she said everything that the poor lady said on the phone then proceeded to say she should just send all calls to someone else. I also had my appointment at 3:00 then had to go to the desk at 3:17 to ask if I came early and was told the room needed to be cleaned and it will just be a few more minutes while 3 of them were sitting there talking about another patient. Great experience with this team. Used them for my pregnancy and regular yearly appointments. They were all very thorough and listened to all my concerns. Went above and beyond with their advice and referring me to a specialist for my high risk pregnancy. Great team for such a small area.
