It's very hard to understand how a person can try for months to get their kid in for a yearly exam. Then they are now trying to say it's an office visit. Greed hiding behind religious smoke screen. Always check your bill from Osf, completely shady Yeah, contacted the feedback review, billing department and even the office(conveniently office manager out & unavailable) I'll be turning this business in to the Attorney General
I am very frustrated with this office’s ability yo provide vaccinations for my children. Both children have anxiety regarding vaccines and this year we had to wait over 40 minutes in the office from scheduled appointment to being seen in a room. Last year it was over an hour. We don’t even need to see the physician. Then we were told they only had one vaccination despite having both children scheduled. I work in healthcare, I have helped providers in this office. I expect better.
I have been going to this Peds office since my son was a baby and he's now 20! All of my 4 kiddos go here! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Ho, Dr. Santorineos, and especially Grace Wagner, the APRN are! Grace was the one who finally gave my daughter her asthma diagnosis and got the ball rolling for an inhaler and albuterol treatments! Dr. Santorineos is very thorough and explains things well! Dr. Ho is just an all around kind, friendly, caring man! He always listens to my concerns and never rushes us! Hands down ... read more
Dr. Ho is an amazing Pediatrician. He is wonderful with children and takes the time to really listen to your families needs. He has helped us with many extra concerns and has always gotten back to us in a timely manner. While it can be hard to schedule visits (not his fault) I also see that as a sign that he is a great doctor. He’s busy for a reason. My family is very lucky to have him! My kids actually look forward to visits with him!
Dr Santerorios told me my 6 month old had allergies for months when I brought her in and mentioned her eyes having gunk in them every visit. 5 months later she is almost one I take her to urgent care and they tell me it's double pink eye I knew it was an infection I even tried to get other Dr's opinions and they said the same thing there at the route 91. They obviously don't care if a baby has green gunk coming out of there eyes it's just allergies do better route 91 I'm not a doctor and could have told you it was a infect... read more
