I was there yesterday. They didn't answer their phone so I walked in on what I later found out was a broken ankle. I dealt with their bare minimum effort only to be told they don't take walk ins despite the fact that my insurance had scheduled one. Do better

Love that place! The nurses are nice especially in person, a little short on the phone sometimes but that's ok. My doctor, Dr. Martin, is the best doctor I've ever had. He's sweet, listens and will suggest many solutions for any and all issues you may have, and follows up with you closely. I just recommended it to my husband and he just switched doctors and doesn't regret his decision.

I called in to schedule an appointment for my daughter, but used an extension for financial office to make sure her insurance was accepted; unfortunately, after waiting a considerable time on hold, the line disconnected. I called again using same extension, connected, and was able to establish that her benefits were accepted. I have been a patient with OMC for 27 years, in my experience with this facility, it started out well. They were family oriented, excellent customer service and patient care. You truly believed the doctors, nurses & staff cared for you and about you. Since the introduction of Dr. Rosborough (I have never met or had business with this man) to this facility, I have seen patient care drop significantly. I have been coming here many years to see Dr Dumetrescu, she is an amazing Dr. She easy to talk to, I don't trust many Drs but I trust her completely. The Nurse practitioners are great too and all the nurses are very nice and caring.
