Slow. I walked out again waste of time and staff don't know anything dont go to osf. Hospital is a joke. Every time I go to an osf is always a bad experience. Would give 0 stars if I could
So mostly great people. I have three grown kids and a 1 year old now. Just moved out here. A nurse named Wendy here kept asking “is mommy hurting you” when we were in for our one year shots. who does that?! My child was ooooing and babbling. She said it so many times and I stopped counting after 4 times. I will be switching if this place continues to give her us as his nurse. continuing to asking a 12mo that question when any pertinent person would know they can’t answer
I hate this office so much. Have had so many bad experiences. They obviously seem to not care about anything. Like why is it when I arrive on time for my appointment, it usually takes 2x longer to get called in the back? Also quit worrying about COVID so damn much. One stupid symptom and everyone thinks it’s covid😒 No. I come in there for a reason that I told you over the phone. The visit should honestly be fast and simple.
If you're referred to a specialist, make sure you do schedulings job for them. Do your research and make sure where they send you is covered. Make sure it's at the correct location too. Dr will tell you one thing, front desk will tell you another. They must not communicate with each other because no one is on the same page.
5/7/23 . . Yes I was in pain but the compassion is what brought me to tears. I didn't have to beg. I felt like this suffering might just be almost over. Empty Hope is worse than any empty promise. Choose them if you need primary medical care without a doubt. That's been my experience.
