I truly like my healthcare providers, but getting something scheduled takes an act of Congress at times. I do understand they are busy, but my god. Across OSF Peoria, OSF Galesburg, and even Rush Hospital, the biggest problem isn’t the individual nurses or front‑desk staff; it's the complete lack of collaboration between departments and locations.
