I saw a great doctor for over 20 years who left the practice. Since then I have been shuffled around to various doctors and nurse practioners. My current PCP is Dr. Kahn. She barely looks at me and seems to be in a hurry to end the appointment. She also doesn't respond to messages in a timely manner. There are no other doctors in the practice who are taking new patients so I will be looking elsewhere for my medical care.
Every time I call to make an appointment I either can't get through or the call is dropped. Their automative system is not helpful and the only way to get an appointment is to walk in. I usually use MyChart, but that system is often down as well. I love my doctor, but getting to care seems impossible at times.
Dr Chambers-Damm has been my internist for several years, referred by a friend. I too have been very pleased with her medical knowledge and willingness to listen to her patients. She is kind and genuinely cares about her patients.
Dr. Chambers- Damm is a fantastic medical provider! She listens intently and goes above and beyond to find answers! I doctored elsewhere (in one place) for 16 years before I found her, and it’s been a blessing!
They never have a same day appointment. They just send you to their prompt care which costs the patient tons of money. They do it on purpose. So catholic of them. Find care elsewhere.
