DON’T MAKE APPOINTMENTS YOU CAN’T KEEP. Don’t ask me to show up 15 mins early so I can start my wait 15 mins early and then make me wait another 30 minutes in the exam room for a Dr that never shows up. I showed up there at 10:15 as requested and left at 12:00 after spending a total wait time of 75 mins and 30 mins getting a hearing test. I see a great doctor kathleen mckeihey I was told she was gone never said we're she went
I saw a great doctor for over 20 years who left the practice. Since then I have been shuffled around to various doctors and nurse practioners. My current PCP is Dr. Kahn. She barely looks at me and seems to be in a hurry to end the appointment. She also doesn't respond to messages in a timely manner. There are no other doctors in the practice who are taking new patients so I will be looking elsewhere for my medical care.
Every time I call to make an appointment I either can't get through or the call is dropped. Their automative system is not helpful and the only way to get an appointment is to walk in. I usually use MyChart, but that system is often down as well. I love my doctor, but getting to care seems impossible at times.
Dr Chambers-Damm has been my internist for several years, referred by a friend. I too have been very pleased with her medical knowledge and willingness to listen to her patients. She is kind and genuinely cares about her patients.
