To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the treatment my husband received under the care of PA Lucas Edwards and his team at OSF Health Center. What we have experienced has been nothing short of unprofessional, distressing, and wholly unacceptable. My husband has been a long-time, documented patient with ADHD, diagnosed at age 18. Been a patient here for years and love this place. My sons also went there when they were younger.
Went in because I had awful chest cold symptoms, they told me that I was fine and I just had a virus, sends me a 300 dollar bill. Knew that couldn’t be right so I got with a REAL DOCTOR, found out I had walking pneumonia. OSF did nothing for me, and took the last of my money. I don’t recommend anyone ever go here if they actually want to be treated.
So grateful to have OSF in our community. Was here for an appointment with my PCP today, noticed the food “pantry” and hygiene items and blankets offered in the waiting area- all free. I’m not in need of these items, but for those who are what a blessing to have this available! Thanks, OSF!
For Pre-Hire Screening I called the day before if appointment was required and was told that it is walk-in. Forward to the next day, I arrive and find out that they stop testing at 11am and don't resume testing until 1pm. None of which was explained when I was on the phone with the office the day before. So beware if you are heading to this location that from 11am-1pm there aren't drug screening available. MOM's also allows walk-ins and doesn't have a 2 hour window without service.
