I am not happy with the fact that a x-ray technician is taking my vitals, asking personal questions about my appointment, entering information into my chart and drawing my blood. Can OSF not afford to hire nursing staff and people licensed to do these jobs since they built the new building???? On top of that the RN (Cara) that administered my flu shot gave it into my shoulder joint instead of the muscle which has caused tremendous pain for four days now. My husband had an appointment here and they got him within 24 hours. Great service and very nice facility. We will be planning to bring our newborn here once she's born!
My wife would still be alive today if not for the negligence of Dr Shah. Strongly suggest you go somewhere else.
They will have you go there before they tell you they don't take your insurance
