The amount of times I have come in and seen this walk in for any number of my stupid issues ranging from a skin irritation,to tooth pain and me punching an oil pan at work by accident it dont matter. I get here check in via the kiosk, get see and go over paperwork pretty quickly usually and then get called back pretty fast. In my experience, the care I received here was terrible. I was prescribed medication before proper evaluations or diagnoses were completed. I was rarely given information about what might be wrong with me unless I specifically asked, and preventative care seemed to revolve primarily around prescribing medication. I was referred to two different specialists within OSF. With the first specialist, I never actually saw the physician and was instead seen by nurse practitioners.
