The staff is very friendly and helpful. All of my concerns were taken seriously. They consistently checked in to answer any questions and explained why each lab was ordered. They fit me in their schedule quickly, and I'm glad I came here!
I broke my foot In May of 2025. It's now January of 2026 and they just finally reached out to me to be seen. Total BS. Will NOT be using any service of theirs in the future. Also was looking for mental health support and was told they had no providers at all. Never ever will I be using OSF
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS .! Ive been here multiple times and every time continue to get more and more disappointed. The staff is absolutely awful and disrespectful. They’re immature and can’t do their jobs. They’ll completely ignore what you say is going on and tell you its something completely different and allow your symptoms to get worse. I had a fantastic experience here. I woke up to a dead battery and almost missed my appointment. My neighbor came out and jumped my car after I already called to cancel, thinking I couldn’t get my car jumped in time to make it. I called on the way there and they saved my spot. After I got there, my car died again. The maintenance man had an auto started battery and came out to jump my car after the appointment. I’m so happy I chose Emily Simon as my new PCP. She is a great listener and did a thorough review of my past medical history, and is very proactive in moving forward with my care. I finally feel like I have a good game plan to deal with issues other doctors have not addressed. I feel very confident that I am in the best hands , thanks Emily and team!
