Since OSF has gone to central calling, talking to my personal healthcare team is impossible!!!!! I made an appointment today that took 15 minutes to complete. Should have been 5 at the most!!! I feel like I’m just a number instead of a person, who feels important when I can be in contact with my doctor’s office!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. All of my concerns were taken seriously. They consistently checked in to answer any questions and explained why each lab was ordered. They fit me in their schedule quickly, and I'm glad I came here!
The bathroom stall has a gap so wide i could probably give the person watching a hand shake with the door closed so it's almost like I might as well just leave the door hanging wide open
Needed a signature on a form and they charged 17.00 for that signature. You have to beg to see your primary doctor, maybe once a year.
I had a fantastic experience here. I woke up to a dead battery and almost missed my appointment. My neighbor came out and jumped my car after I already called to cancel, thinking I couldn’t get my car jumped in time to make it. I called on the way there and they saved my spot. After I got there, my car died again. The maintenance man had an auto started battery and came out to jump my car after the appointment.
