Thanks to the nurse practitioners, the doctor I now see, and the support of all the front staff, my quality of life has greatly improved. Without their compassion, care, love, and the faith of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, I would still be struggling with drugs and alcohol, in terrible pain, and on the brink of suicide. I’m truly grateful and humbled by how much they care and genuinely mean it.

This use to be my favorite doctors office but ever since Dr Williams left ive been getting nothing but dismissive Dr's and lpns. At one time I recommended this place to anyone I knew but after I waited 4 months sicker then a dog and had to beg for anything and not taken seriously they put me in an extreme danger of not only loosing my job but at risk for breaking a severely damaged bone that can be easily fractured and loosing all feeling to my face for the rest of my life. My husband and I have been going to OSF Medical Group for 20 years. Our doctor of 20 years decided to go into palliative care, so we were scheduled to start seeing another doctor. Since our doctor left, this place has gone in the crapper! Well, two months before our appointments (in September and October), she decided to quit to go somewhere else. I was born at St. Francis and have gone there for 67 years. Now I call to see my doctor and am told that I have to go to prompt care first. Well they did this to me for over a year. I finally got irritated and said I wanted to see my doctor and I was informed that since I hadn't seen him in 12 months I was dropped from his patient list, after 20 years, but I was told " but now you can see any doctor available". The doctor and office staff were fine, but the woman who drew my blood was shockingly rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. She spilled my blood, blamed me for her mistake, and left my hand in pain for two full days something I’ve never experienced before. To make it worse, she was wearing long acrylic nails while handling blood, which is a serious hygiene risk. I can’t believe OSF allows this kind of behavior or lack of standards. This was the worst lab experience of my life.
