Don or Dan whoever the receptionist is working here is absolutely unprofessional and has the worst attitude considering you’re working for a company that’s suppose to Help with Mental Health. If you cannot have a simple conversation with somebody then find a new profession. His sarcasm over the phone was absolutely unnecessary. Have a great day (:

The receptionist are very mean unprofessional nasty attitude. When you call they don't pick up the phone and when you try 2 or 3 times they will pick up the phone and tell you to stop calling cause they are busy with other patients.

Anene has helped me through some of the worst times in my life. She showed compassion and true concern. We worked together on putting me on the right medications and when I felt whole again, she celebrated with me. I am so grateful for her.

Unless you want untrue information permanently placed on your medical records, avoid this provider at all costs. As mentioned in other reviews, the doctors are there to collect a paycheck. You’d be better off telling your problems to a brick wall, at least the wall wouldn’t call you crazy and guilt you into taking medications that don’t work for you. You should’ve ashamed of yourselves, and your practice shouldn’t exist.

Awful experience. I was placed with a psychiatrist who just wasn’t a great fit for me. I didn’t feel like I could talk to her at all so I called and asked if I could see someone else in their office. They said they would ask the other providers if they wanted my case. Days went by so I finally called asking what was going on and they informed me that none of their providers wanted my case and they THEY felt my psychiatrist was a good fit for me.
