NEVER IN MY LIFE have I had to wait as long as I have to see a crappy doctor has I had at this doctor office to the point that I am moving out of state because this doctor would rather see me in a mental institution than help me with the medication needed to feel better. But wait she said since I could not afford it maybe I just needed more pain medicine. I would leave 0 stars as possible. I have been really really sick for awhile now. My first appointment the doctor was what she called a substitute doctor. I was asked my symptoms. I got 3 symptoms in, when she said" I don't know why your telling me this, but I don't have time for it. Those are problems for a different doctor. Waited for months for an appointment. Met with a young Dr Mary and had hope. That was quickly whisked away. She was cold, uncaring, and unwilling to listen to me. I had to beg for her to actually do her job and request blood work. She was great at treating a book, not me , personally as a human. She couldn't care less. My bloods have been consistently bad,but she was unwilling to look back and see the patterns, unable to scroll and access the past bloods and serious scans. Leaving review for my wife, who doesn't use Google for reviews. My wife has a long time diagnoses for a chronic disease. She has seen Dr. Mansoor twice. The first time, the Dr ordered labs to confirm diagnosis. Labs through OSF were inconclusive so OSF sent them to Mayo. Went back to talk to Dr and review labs and get her back on the medication she needs. Dr. Mansoor questioned my wife on why labs were sent to Mayo (OSF sent them), couldn't figure out how to find the lab results (we pulled them up in Mychart after we left), ... read more
Beware of this office. Theyll yank your care when you need it most. I went here for a decade and called for appointment with my dr and was denied care. Only reason I can think of is im on medicare and elderly. Please find another office because this one doesn't care about you. Rude and uncaring is what this office is about
