We love this practice and the Doctors and the rest of the staff. My husband has been a patient here for years. We have never had a bad experience or been treated with disrespect. My husband is a year out from surgery, we had all of our questions and worries addressed during the process. Yes you may need to call more than once but where don't you ? We have also found it very convenient to use my chart for messages and recieve timely responses. We are very glad we were referred to this practice.

Some months ago, both me and my wife received form letters stating effectively that the practice APNs and PAs had jumped ship en masse and we should seek care elsewhere. They gave several suggestions, almost none within 30 miles and most more than twice that. They then sent another letter to my wife introducing a new urogynecologist to the practice. OSF should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this office to operate the way it does. This office is a public safety risk and I would encourage anyone to seek out any other option for care. After countless tests, procedures and visits they had no answers for me, yet continued to string me along. All they provided me was thousands of dollars in debt. Needed to drop off at 24 hour specimen collection. I called and asked where and they said drop at any OSF lab. I went to drop-off this morning before work and was turned away because something on the order was wrong. I went to take it to OSF urology office and then was told I have to take it to the hospital. After checking in at hospital, no one called me back and I had to go to desk to see what was going on. The desk clerk said he would "get some gloves on and take the specimen back to the lab himself". what a shame. left a voicemail weeks ago never responded. Had to call back just to be told not taking any new referral patients OSF should be ashamed even as a low income patient they just send you out to other clinics out of pocket. now i understand the low reviews.
