I had a not so pleasant experience here. The office staff was condescending with me when I was not sure of the process that was unfolding. I felt they were inconsiderate in my situation and acted hostile towards me because of the confusion. Not to mention when I called to make my appointment that they were aware included a TB test, they scheduled me for a Thursday. If you have a work injury Dr. Ayers is wonderful and helpful. He truly cares about you and is not pressured by work comp and genuinely puts your needs first. I recommend highly, Dr Ayers is a great help, has lots of knowledge and is a great Dr all around and I appreciate him very much and regard him highly, and trust him!

This place does not have any sense of urgency when it comes to drug screening. They will take their sweet time. I literally sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half and had to urinate in the restroom 2 times, and they would push me back to the end of the line. So of course by the time I was close to being up again I would have to pee. Literally no sense of urgency.

I had a pre-employment physical here for my new position with OSF and was so pleasantly surprised how kind the nurse & nurse practitioner were. The NP Pam was so incredibly sweet!

Horrible office people. Dr. Ayers was barely competent, and the office staff were no better. I'll do my best to never come back to this place, not until they start fresh with a new doctor and office staff.
